What is ShutterClock
When was the last time you used your camera? For most people that’s not a hard question to answer. The last time you clicked your camera button, did you ever wonder that somebody, somewhere was clicking their camera button at the same time?
That’s the idea of ShutterClock - We want people to come together as a simple community divided only by distance to globally capture their world at an organised time. In return we will see galleries of images from all over the world, taken at the same moment but from their point of view. For more details click here.
The 3 Steps
Step 1
Time it
We organise Countdowns, all you need to do is find our what time you need to take your picture. All countdowns will be set in GMT time (Greenwich Mean Time). Click here to find out your time where you are.
Step 2
Snap it
Prepare your self, set your alarm on your watch or mobile to remind you to take your picture at the right time. When ever it reaches that time take your photo, no matter what you're doing every picture tells a story.
Step 3
Send it
There are several different ways you can upload your picture, registering to the ShutterClock website, using your mobile, email or through the Flickr group. Check the Participate page for more details.
